On 7/13/2012 I made a 165 mile trip to try to get some questions answered and came to the conclusion that the person with the answers does not exist or is lost in the back as I could not get any answers on an on going problem on ordering parts for my motor home body.

I've seen a few posts like this about people driving long distances just to go to a Camping World store. I'm wondering why. Aren't there any local RV dealers/repair facilities?
