The rains are continuing as I continue to get ready to Eternabond myWinnie roof. Does anyone know if it's non damaging to a fiberglass roof to use acetone to clean the area prior to Eternabond installation? Has anybody used acetone? If not, what did you use?

Hopefully...the rains will stop within the week...and I'LL BE READY!!!!

I used enternabond cleaner in a spray can. I bought it at the same place I bought the enternabond tape.

I used Scrubbing Bubbles then acetone for cleaning before I applied my Eternabond tape. I have used acetone for cleaning stains on my fiberglass boat. I always apply polish immediately afterwards to replace the oils in the fiberglass and for UV protection.

Acetone will dissolve any plastic, paint, rubber. This is real bad stuff if not used properly.
