Was researching RV parks and noticed that some of them have a 25ft rule (I have a 21ft)... anyone know why?

Length limitation of sites; limited turning radius on roads and into sites?

smaller parks with smaller sites. I've been to some where it is tough to get a 25 footer into the site.

Ah, why would you not call the campground and ask? You joined and posted here, instead of making some phone calls?

Because people make rules that they think will benefit themselves or others.
Your refering to "RV parks" as in a trailer court lot type space and not "RV campsites" as in camping?

You will find some with age restrictions, others with size restrictions, no soft side or PU restrictions, some with class A only restrictions, and the latest I hear of was restricted to trailers only primarily for workers…

The reasons I guess are varied but for the most part these parks are limited…

Longer than 25 foot interesting. Dont know that one, however I have seen parks only allowing Class A's and Fivers. I dont partake in these parks, but have seen it..

Do they take anything over ten years old? My guess is that you are not good enough for them. We are 26 feet but probably not good enough either.
