When did it become OK to wear regular shorts and underwear in a pool/waterpark? we just got back from the Wisconsin Dells and I noticed this in the water parks and pools. and not just a couple of people, but a very good amount of people. not just kids, but adults! and no I`m not inspecting everyones clothes, but you know an underwear band and jean shorts when you see them! this should not be acceptible! yet all these water parks seem to allow it.

Am I one of the only few left one that was raised with the understanding that if you go into a pool you were supposed to wear swim trunks?

Rant off!

I'd rather see jean shorts etc. than a 'speedo' or ....well you get the picture.

And old fat men should have to wear t-shirts when out in public.

I don’t know if there is a health or safety concern, but I have seen many at the pools and the beach that maybe shouldn’t be in those tiny and two piece bathing suits…

I would rather my girls wear something more modest than the swim wear I see these days. Not sure how this affects you personally. If the park has no objections fine I say. Happy Trails

LOL JJBirish, agreed. I am all for people being content with their bodies and having self esteem. But some bodies just do not belong in a two piece. But I don't have to look so I let it just glide on by me. lol
