All, I apologize for a delayed response as I usually hang out over the the CW Accessories forum. We appreciate everyone's input here. We also appreciate everyone's patronage, including the OP, to The Good Sam Club, Camping World, and RV.net forums here. We will review our pricing policy and work to make it much more clear. We do not have a price matching policy against other online retailers. Daily deals conducted online, auction sites (both new & used products), & pure play online dropship websites with no inventory risk make this practice impossible for us. Amazon in fact doesn't inventory a great deal of the items that they have available for sale on their site, and they use distributors for this purpose. These competitors also don't have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, nor a call center that you can call and speak to a real human being. These things really add up and are reflected in our prices including the expenses associated with returns due to a remorseful purchase decisions. OP, if you wish, you can email me directly at nscott@campingworld.com, and tell me what I should do to make you 100% satisfied as promised, I will do my very best.

I am glad you mentioned that, I forgot all about it, but yes, having a customer service line you can call costs money, and is very convenient. If you have an issue with amazon or ebay, good luck! They have no way to contact anyone over the phone.

I have to disagree about amazon, you can get someone on the phone to talk to.I just did it,you just go to contact and put in your phone # ,when I did it they called right back and I got to air my complaint. They fixed my problem.
But here you have the ear of CEO and Marcus and his team gets things done.Much better than any other company that I have done business with.

Just an observation regarding online pricing. I have noticed many retail stores are no longer matching the online price of their own websites much less online competition. Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Jo-Anns, to name a few. The prices are often the same, but if the store price is higher, their policy clearly states they are not obligated to match their online price "due to regional variations"
