We are in need of finding someone that lives near Pembroke Canada, there is an MCI bus that we would like to buy. But it would cost us about 3 thousand dollars to fly out there thats a lot to spend if it won't work out for us. So were hoping there might be someone that can be are eyes if you will.

Thanks Bill

Do you mean Pembroke, Ontario.

FWIW, we here in Canada, say town name, province name. Chances are there is more than one place with that name in our 10 provinces and 3 territories.

Heres the link http://www.busnut.com/classifieds/index.php?a=2&b=1030
About an hour north of Ottawa Intnl (Canada's capital). Flights often transfer thru Toronto Int'l to reach Ottawa as it's a smaller center.

What do you need? I am leaving tomorrow for Pembroke, Ontario. I will be there about a week. My reservations are on my cousin's driveway. My first night will still be in Michigan visiting closer family and I will reach Pembroke on Tuesday. Do you need pictures or what?

I looked at the bus yesterday from the outside only. The lady in the CG said they have not moved it for 2 years since they got a new vehicle that was custom built. The outside looks very good with no little bumps or dents anyplace in the sheet metal. The front tires are covered and the rear ones had so much mud on them that I could not read the date code on the 1 that was exposed. There did not appear to be cracking on the sidewalls. The R. Rear bumper, where it is rubber, appears to be pulled a little out of place by about 1/2". Since this is Canada about 12mm. Since the sides appear to be stainless a good washing would make it look good. I did not look inside because it is in the CG and I have limited walking ability. For the price it could be a bargain if it is OK mechanically. Only a mechanic could tell that. You have seen the inside pics on the ad. Good Luck. I will be back in phone range next week. It is shown there as a 1989 so that would be the widebody coach. Bill

It is very annoying when folks post asking for help then leave,
never to return.
At least you did what you could to help.
