Anyone using an app called RV Companion? There are some nice features but seems a little expensive for an app…

My iPhone data was all lost during that last major upgrade. Since then, I have used Evernote for anything I want to store. I have scans of all my trailer paperwork including warranties and insurance docs. I also save notes about upcoming trips and receipts.

I like that my information is available from any computer or smart phone at any time.

A similar app is "Dropbox". Like you I store anything of importance, RV info, medical info etc on my computer and it syncs to my smartphone.
My daughter handles our mail and if something comes in that is of importance, she scans it into "Dropbox" on her computer and it auto syncs to my smartphone and computer. Really great for getting important docs to me quickly.

I use Evernote

Also I use

Allstays Campground app
Allstays Trucker app

I have a DocScanner to upload any piece of paper to my evernote.

That's all the RVing apps I recommend

If you can setup an IP Camera at home
then you can watch you home from your smartphone.

I use my iPhone to scan things to Evernote. I have tried several apps, but my favorite is TurboScan. It lets you take three photos of the document and then blends them to get the best quality scan.

Another vote for Evernote (free BTW). Warranty data; Pet vaccinations; TOAD data; "clipped" web/email pages (either the whole page and/or the hyperlink; CG recommendations; Manuals; Books to read; shopping lists; to-do lists; check lists; recipes; etc. etc.

Great interface; make it as basic/complicated as you want with tags; enter something on one platform (say the phone) and it synchs to the Laptop; tablet, etc.
