We have always just unscrewed the Hose and By passed that stupid Do hickey!

I understand that it is designed so the Hose can't drop into the Shower pan and backfeed Grey Water into the fresh water tank!
Thanks for explaining that - I was beginning to wonder why the doohicky after reading this thread.

We just simply disconnected our hose, by-passed the the little plastic dohicky, and reconnected the hose. Easy and it works just fine.

After I struggled with this dang thing my wife said just bypass this thing, so mine also holds her razzer. We do lay the shower head in the tub when travling so it doesnt fall and break.

We always lay the shower head on the shower floor too when traveling for the same reason. Some things just require common sense. Right?!

Shower Head Holder

Our shower has two of these mounted one high and one lower allows you to move and hold the shower head and angle it where you need the spray.

Hi All.

I guess we are lucky, as our Motorhome never had one to start with, We only have the split holder that holds the Shower-Head, and even that we the right size when we put on our Oxy Shower-Head.

And it is high enought for the both of use. DW is short and I'm tall, I guess Rexhall does good agian.

Good Luck. Happy Travels. Dan & Jill

There was a thread some time ago that discussed useful applications for the hose keeper. Suggestions ranged from holding your shot glass of wiskey to holding your glass eyeball. I will have to see if I can find it.

X2 Just unscrewed the hose and removed from the holder; very easily done.
