i keep my tires above water and apply aerospace 303 protectant on them a few times a year but i dont worry about what surface my Moho tires are on any more than i worry about what my other vehicles' tires are parked on
some things i worry about, others i dont
IMHO the only logical surface to even consider putting between tires and another surface would be a mat made out of the same rubber your tires are, otherwise my guess is SOMETHING in that barrier you choose will likely react with the tires SOMEHOW SOMEWAY

As for the subject, I park my rig at home on gravel with pieces of rubber mud flaps underneath. Last tires lasted 7 years without incidents. On the road I don't use anything-too many other items on the list.
