Wow that sounds great. A couple years ago I rewired our 1993 rig which was 30amp to run either on 30 or 50. We don't have the EMS so we can not run both a/c's when plugged into 30 amp service. So, I wired in a 50 amp shore power within our genset comparment which works great when we are in the hot south western USA during the summer. Many gensets are 50 amp or more so many times you can run both a/s's when the genset is running. I just installed a breaker box and a 50amp shore power cord. Our 30amp shore power cord is still in place and it also works fine !

I run 2 a/cs off a 20amp circuit with no troubles. Most places I camp only have 30amp.
Should be noted with both a/cs running, the tv, and fan... was drawing a total of 14amps. Thermostat was set at 72 as well.
