I took some time off from RVing and the forum and now I am getting the itch again. My sons are older now. One is heading to Chigago for college.(bwhahahahahah he is going to know what COLD is) and the other spends time with his girlfriend so that leaves me and the wife.
During our time away, we took up motorcycles and that took a lot of our time riding and meeting new friends. We will more than likely tow the bikes with is when we get going again. We also want to go to the Dunes in California and play one of these days. Our options are unlimited. I have retirement in site about 3 years out and the wife about 4 so we have some planning in site.
I have to give the motorhome a good going over. She has been sitting idle for the better part of 3 years. We did start her up every other month or so. I couldn't get the Genny to start as the fuel level is too low. Tire were new when I put them on but I will have them checked by the tire store to see if they can warranty them out. They are pushing 4 years old.
We have basically been using it for storage and as a guest house for my MIL for her monthly visit. Her last visit the door latch/lock broke now we have to crawl through the cab to get in the coach so I have to fix the latch.
Lots of things to do and get her back on the road so we can have some fun. Stay tuned.
