I have a new Silverback 29 Rear Kitchen (rk)Fw which is built by Cedar Creek.
In our recent travels, we have just seen maybe 2-3 Silverbacks of any floorplan model.
We love it, but I wish I could see more of them on the road (don't ask me why).
We visited the factory in Topeka, Indiana this past April and there were dozens and doxens of them waiting to be shipped out.
Is it just me or am I looking too hard?

On our recent 3 week trip from MO to Colorado and back we didn't see one other Silverback. For that matter I only saw a couple of Cedar Creeks on the road.

We've had campground neighbors with a Chaparral Lite. This has happened twice in two years. One even had the same model as we do.

I like the Silverback 29RE. May be one in my future. I like the construction methods and floor plan.

In June we ran around out west, went thru 14 states, just couldn't find another Silverback. We have a 2013 29RK and have had quite a number of other 5th wheels over the years. The Silverback is the first one that has not given us any trouble in the 1st couple of months of ownership even though we dragged it around out west about 6,000 miles in slightly under 3 weeks.
I also wonder with all the units leaving the factory, where are they?

I have wondered the same thing. We did not buy a Silverback, but it was on our short list of 3. As a result I have tended to noticed one when I see it. But just happens that I rarely see one.

I am on two Rv forums and you are the first person I can recall with a Silverback 29rk. Most of the posts I have seen about Silverbacks are the 29re
My 29 rk is a 2012 - does yours have the bedroom overhead lights on a wall mounted switck?
