We have a 2006 (I thnk) Coleman Cheyenne... the decorative tape on the outside has peeled and Id like just to buy some and fix it but I cant find anything like this anywhere when I search for stuff for Coleman Popups... Does anyone know where I could find this tape in the right colors to spruce up the outside a bit?
What colors are you looking for? I don't think that you're going to have a lot of luck finding OEM or old stock out there. If you really do want to refresh the graphics, you will need to find a vinyl graphics shop to do the work, if you don't want to just use standard vinyl options available.
It's not "tape" it's sign vinyl. Not something you will find in your neighborhood craft store or WalMart.
Take it to a sign shop, then take it back home and live with it once you find out how much it will cost to make the repairs.

A lot of people who suffer from fade and peel, just finish the job and make it all on e color and wax it. The cost of custom vinyl work can be quite expensive.
