First all there are so many preservatives in white bread not a damn thing can grow on it. I put that info right up there with geo.

I have found that 99.99% of 'RV Salesman' do NOT and have NEVER even owned an RV. They are the last person I would ever take advice from.

Not true. Put a piece of white bread on the counter for about a week and see what grows on it.

Hmm... I heard of pitching a loaf... but I never heard of just pitching two slices
Hey, I thought it was 'pinching' a loaf!

But the real question here is: Should you do this while parked at Walmart?

Or more to the point: Did this dealer keep a straight face when he suggested this??

Oops... I have always thought it was pitching!

Maybe in Canada you 'pitch' a loaf. Here in the US, we 'pinch' them.
I think.

I guess that we are out of luck.We don't "do" white bread, always whole wheat, the thins that cost more for less bread.Oh we do get Sourdough
french bread from time to time.Is there a consensus here on whether that would substitute for the plain white bread or not?

I don't know, but I do need to know if bread ends are ok, or if it has to be middle pieces...there's quite a difference in the surface area.

Only if you pronounce it correctly - Pre-Vo. If you are one of those that pronounce it like it's spelled, Wonder Bread is for you!

I think we've finally found a good use for Wonder bread.
