After my last post I started thinking(insert joke here) How many of you have met other forum members at CG's ? I have met two families that posted replies to my last topic. They are very nice people and I would not hesitate to camp with them. I enjoy meeting new people and am amazed how you can find friends on websites like this one. Thanks, Will

A forum member here, informed me that her daughter and husband were in the Thousand Trails Yosemite Resort that we were in. We met and had a great time with them. Since then, we have met the couple again. Looking forward for our paths to cross again.

I've never met anyone but how would one know? It would be nice to have a decal identify us.

In the beginning, we did have a decal. You could print this on decal paper and have one. You could increase the size

I have met a couple of RV.Net folks during various trips.

I won't mention any names here, but one of them had a RV.Net bumper sticker and was walking thru our campsite with his dog off leash while throwing his trash in our campfire and playing a loud rendition of "Amazing Grace" on his bagpipes!

The other member "Mr. B" I met was idling his Beaver Motorhome at 3 in the morning, while testing his roof mounted Train Horns!
HERE

And finally another person nick named "Smokey" who was wearing a "I love Trailer Life" T-shirt and after having ate a huge quantity of beer and baked beans was standing by his roaring campfire igniting his...uh..."gas"!

Great people tho'!

LOL, sooperdooty! I've camped with other members on organized outings and had a great time. I've never run into other members, or even identified any by chance in a cg.
