I know that there is a forum somewhere where you can find acceptable " 4 down" vehicles, but I cannot find it. I am mainly interested in small 4x4 vehicles, ie, Datsun, Dodge Dakota, Nissan frontier or the like.

I think they're looking for TOWED vehicles instead of tow vehicles.
