Does anyone know why the latest version is NOT available at this time?
Is the company, UnderTow Software,----underwater?

My copy is old and I was going to get the latest/greatest, but....

I am open to other suggestions, I just liked their end of day option that would help you find nearby campgrounds.

I'm surprised that you have not gotten any replies. I really like the Good Sam Trailer Life Directory and Campground Navigator. I have been using it since at least 2009. I got my 2012 version sometime early this year, but can't recall when. I do remember that it did not arrive when it was supposed to. I don't remember where I ordered it from either. In other words, I sure haven't been any help. You might want to give Good Sam a call.
