When I see him I imagine a donut in one hand and a cigarette in other. He could "outdoor" it up abit and loose some weight and come into the 21st century. In the adds show him hiking, biking, fishing, sightseeing ......doing stuff not just standing around with a goofy look on his face. Where is his family? Never see them ..,.

He has a dog coming. They just had a contest to name him. Not sure if they selected a winner yet, we entered.

The current logo has been updated. The circle logo has too much equity in it. The current character version is new and updated. We developed this last year. As for park signage, it should be updated.

the current logo still needs to be updated. he looks like an out of shape 50 or 60 year old. and why not consider loosing the "man" and going with something gender and age neutral to acknowledge the ladies who camp by themselves, as well as the many families that camp.

Maybe this should be moved to the CW forum. I do agree that GS might benefit if they would start promoting more to younger/new Rvers and families. It does have an image for the older generation, and yes I'm getting close or maybe there at 56). Samller rallies in more locations might bring more interest from this group. Most don't don't have the time to travel very far for a weekend ralley, but closer weekend events with activities for the children to keep them busy so the adults could set through seminars.

As for park signage, it should be updated. Thanks for chiming in. However, if the guy on the Good Sam homepage (the same guy with a red sweater that has the Good Sam logo on it, yellow collared shirt underneath, still out out of shape and trapped in the 50s) is the new logo, I feel the Rolling Stones had it right in the song revolution. "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss". If that is the update, I sure hope it was done for free, that way you will at least have gotten your monies worth.

I'm sure Ward Cleaver, Andy Taylor, Mr. Cunningham, and Ralph Cramdon really like the logo. Another big problem is the cost to change or up date a logo. For GS I would guess a million plus
