Just a heads up Due to health we called Saltwater Flats in Aransas Pass Tx to cancel our reservation and to get our 100 dollar deposit back. We let them know in May that we would not be back for winter and please send our money back. It is now Aug and we have called many times and she Donna, owner of park hangs up when she see's our phone # She has not been truthful because she has said she mailed and that's happen 2 times we have yet seen a check. Now she won't answer. For a new park and could be a great one she sure is tearing down any good views we would have told to our friends. we have been full time rv'ers for 9 years we know alot of people.WE WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO STAY AT THERE PARK.She needs to change her ownership skills or her business is going to go down the tube and I'm going to try and get the word out.
Have you filed a complaint with the BBB serving that area? Have you done a review in the RV park review site? There are many ways to bring some pressure on the park, that usually produce results and put the information out there for the world to see......

This is Donna and I am part owner in SaltWater Flats RV Park and I am writing this in reference to the false accusations being made.
We are a new park and have only had very few cancellation due to health etc...
and we have refunded all deposits to anyone that has had to cancel. All checks have cleared the bank.
We are saddened that someone has decided to slander our name this way.
What kind of morals do people have these days.
Instead of contacting us directly.
We thrive ourselves on giving the best customer service possible and to have someone
say something untrue is totally ridiculous.
I think that it is bitter sweet that bad words go along way while the good ones stay behind.
