2011 Thanksgiving week at Beavers Bend State Park, OK

July 2012 at Estes Park, CO

It pulls just as easy as the previous one that was 5 feet shorter, but this one has enough bunks for all the grandkids!

Now I need to figure out how to change my signature.

any issues with the kitchen being on the slide? water or gas? We are picking up the 246 RBS on Saturday which is the same floorplan as yours minus the rear bunk area.

Nice floor plan, Keystone makes them all very similar.
What is it? About 33 feet overall?

You have a curbside dinette! Fantastic! Not many manufacturers are doing that anymore.

Curbside dinette means your major exterior view (from the inside) is overlooking YOUR campsite and you are not overlooking your neighbors campsite.

Having the couch on the opposite side of the dinette gives everyone a seat when watching TV, especially since there is no backrest on the dinette seat closest the TV.
