Hi all, thanks for any info in advance!

1st- while we're driving and going up an incline our dash A/C stops blowing, then comes back on after the creast of the hill, is this normal? It seems to run fine otherwise.

And 2nd is a bit more detailed... On a hot 90+/humid 80%+ day can you run both A/C's on a 30 amp coach? the other day our BR A/C unit was on a cycle of the fan on for about 5 minutes then the compressor comming on for only about 1 minute then the fan comming back on and the BR was much much warmer then the front. I also noticed that the amps were at 18 while the fan was on and goes to 27 when the compressor kicks on. Also, the power status lights under the fridge go out right before the compressor goes off then they come back on a few minutes later and the compressor comes back on. It seems like its on cycle to almost the excact second!

Thanks again for any info!!

To answer your 1st question. You are equalizing vaccumn when you clinb a hill. The a/c is then defaulting to defrost mode. If you feel the defrost ducts when this happens, you will see what I am talking about. Sounds like the vaccumn canister that stores the vaccumn has failed. Easy fix if you can find the canister.

Never owned a 30 amp system. Always had 50 amp so I cannot give good advise on question2.

I agree your problem is a vacuum leak.. Thus when the engine is no longer sucking vacuum (Due to having throttle full open) the A/C is defaulting.

possible issues are a leak in a line, or a bad check valve on the vacuum canister.

I'm able to run both threw the EMS but the fridge and water heater has to be on gas and the house batteries have a full charge. We can run the TV and nothing else or the EMS will cycle the rear air to fan only.

You might/should be able to run two AC. What size are they? I run both of mine but turn fridge and water heater to LP. I have a Kill-A-Watt to watch voltage. If it drops below 108 volts, I turn something off. I subscribe to the rule that below 105v starts causing heat damage so 108-105 is my safety zone.

Canister is usually located under the hood or in engine compartment. Here is a picture of one http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http........Nsjt0gG2l4CoDQ&ved=0CIABEPUBMAQ&dur=1812 Should look simuliar.

I'll have to try and put the fridge on LP see if that might do it? It was just very odd that it was on such an excact cycle!?!
