I was surprised as well, until I read the Op's tone in his posts. This is a case that no matter what, the customer wont be happy. I am not saying he should be happy with whats going on. I am saying that there are better ways to handle this situation. I would have used the search feature that every forum has. Typed in "Camping World Service Problems" then read that Marcus does help people when they ask for it. Op, I do hope this gets resolved to your satisfaction.

Update:
I did get a call from corporate and the guy and I had a very long candid conversation. Hopefully all will be well and I can get my coach back on Wed. with all the needed work complete.
I do apreciate it when someone from the head office takes an interst and seems to want to resolve my situation.

That's what I am thinking. They have nothing good to say.

I assume from your post you mean Camping World exec's have nothing good to say. I posted above your post that they did in fact contact me and we are trying to work things out. At least that's a start and I'm happy with that.
Today I am suppose to get the correct micro in and installed. I have no idea if that will actually happen or not. To be honest after what I have gone through my faith in the process is a little tarnished to say the least. However, I will wait and see if I get a call today saying my coach is finally ready to be picked up or get a call giving me more excuses why it isn't ready.
At this point I am leaving it in the hands of the Camping World Exec. that called me. What he does witll determine if my faith in Camping World, Pooler, Georgia can be restored. If all goes well today I will be a happy camper in more ways than one.

Well, I did have my hopes up that the micro issue would be solved today and I would get my coach back. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. The General Manager, Chris Fuller, lied to me. He told me they were taking my damaged micro to the appliance store to compare it to the inventory they had. He told me that they were going to insure they would get the right micro that would fit in my coach. Taking my damaged unit with them tells me they should have taken the unit in the store and set it next to the one they had to offer. Obviously they must have left my broken unit in the truck because the one they chose is 10" TOOOOOO WIDE FOR THE EXISTING SPACE IN MY COACH. Come on here. A 10" MISTAKE ? ? ? ? Give me a break here. Now they tell me (Mike the Service Manager) that they found one at Wal-Mart and it will be here the middle of next week. Same B.S. in my opinion.
POOLER, GEORGIA CAMPING WORLD NEEDS TO HAVE SOME SERIOUS MANAGEMENT CHANGES. THE LIES NEED TO STOP HERE AND NOW.

Perhaps a good lesson to be learned here is.......
Get adequate line power protection!
That's all folks-

That doesn't tell me how I am going to get my coach repaired. Your comment isn't going to make the General Manger of the Pooler, Georgia Camping World operation stop telling me lies along with his Service Manager.
It just amazes me the there is not one single micro in the entire United States of America to fit in the hole of a 2002 Fleetwood Class A Motorhome.

I finally had enough from these people at Camping World in Pooler, Georgia. It's over. I am picking up my coach in the morning WITHOUT THE NEW MICROWAVE. After all the lies and tricks I do not have any faith that there will be any good to come out of this situation. They just don't seem to have a clue how to find a microwave for a 2002 fleetwood coach. It's insane. That speeks volumes to the quality of the employee's at Camping World.
I will take my motor home to a reputable dealer and get the job done right.
THANKS CAMPING WORLD FOR NOTHING!
CORPORATE OFFICIALS COULDN'T EVEN FIND A MICROWAVE. MAKES YOU THINK IF THEY CAN FIND THE BATHROOM.
TWO EMAILS TO THE CEO WENT IGNORED! THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT.
I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE DOORS OF ANY CAMPING WORLD AGAIN. I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHAT SCHEMING SNAKES THEY REALLY ARE.
THE SIGN I PLAN ON HAVING MADE FOR THE BACK OF MY MOTOR HOME SAYING "DON'TRUST ANY CAMPING WORLD LOCATION TO SERVICE YOU RV" WILL WARN OTHER RV'RS TO STAY CLEAR.
I CAN'T WAIT TO DRIVE TO NY FROM GEORGIA NEXT MONTH ON I-95 WITH THAT SIGN ON THE BACK OF MY COACH. 4'X6' SHOULD JUST ABOUT DO IT. YOU GOTTA LOVE A ROLLING BILLBOARD RUNNING UP AND DOWN I-95.

That's it blame every Walmart, Home Depot, Les Schwabs, Kohls, Camping World because of one store....you get the picture.
Now you are sounding like an immature kid with your ranting. Had some sympathy in the beginning but not anymore.
Did you ever look for a microwave yourself that would fit?
