Looking for a recommendation for a 300w(?) inverter. Primary use will be to power a TV and Dish Tailgater w/receiver, and, on occasion, a dvd player and laptop.
From what I've read I gathered that a pure sine wave inverter is best for the electronics?

Pure sine wave is the only way to go, I bought ours over the internet, kust type (pure sine wave inverter) in the top line and shop from there. JMHO

After weighing all the great recommendations I got, I opted for the Morningstar 300w SureSine inverter.

All the reviews I read on the Morningstar were quite positive.

Not being a twidget, I haven't a clue as to what all the electrical specs on the unit mean.
(My understanding of electricity is basically: Don't insert yourself in the path of the ground.)

I ordered it from Arizona Wind and Sun. Not the best price on the net, but I've dealt with them in the past. They are a reputable company and have great customer service.
