We have been looking at Forest River Georgetown 378ts and Winnebago Vista 35F. Neither one offers power brakes. They are both in the 22,000 GVW range. They both have ABS but that's not power brakes.

My rig is 20,000 (f350 diesel dually and 32'ceder creek)And I wouldn't want to drive it with out the power brakes on the truck.

Do you have to get a diesel just to get good brakes.

2006 F350 CC LB 6.0 diesel dually. 2006 Cedar Creek fifth wheel. Six 6 volt golf cart batteries,3000 watt inverter. Mountain Master generator in truck bed remote start. Automatic satellite dish.Air suspension on truck and trailer.Level up with 6 jacks RC

The coaches WILL have power brakes, but NOT AIR assisted power brakes. They will probably be vacuum assisted brakes and will be more than sufficient.

Assume we are talking about a Ford F53

Page 82. It DOES have power brakes (hydro-boost or hydro max)

OK,that's good to know.I have the brochures from both and didn't see that. I drove an 18 wheeler for 28 years and always had a 9/16 wrench to adjust my trailer brakes. Good brakes are a good thing to have.

My, some other brand diesel, coach has full air wedge brakes, the same as the petroleum transportation company I retired from had on their rigs. The wedge brakes are right there when you need them. But not fun to work on.
