As a matter of fact, I do.
When I had our Alpine, the backup monitor was the TV. As I wanted full-time rear view, I bought a 7" system using eBay. Everything worked great and I was very pleased with the system.
I downsized to a new RV and like you, I had a monitor go out, which was replaced by the factory. It was OK but smaller than I wanted.
Consequently, I went to the same supplier from which I bought the 1st system and bought a 2nd identical system, which has again proven reliable and easy to see. NOTE, it may be only your monitor that went bad, which may allow you to use the existing camera, as was my case.
I suggest you go on eBay and search Leviathan Holdings, who has a number of offerings.

What is the brand name of this camera system? I am looking to install a system on my Class C Winnebago and this one sounds interesting.

I bought a backup camera & monitor system from www.RVcams.com about 6 1/2 years ago. Color, night vision, no sound, wired. IIRC, the monitor is 5.6" diagonally. It was pricey (around $350), but it's stood up to the vibration of a lot of corduroy dirt roads since. Totally happy with their service, but I don't know if the same folks run it now.

There is no brand I can see. But I can tell you it was very near $220.00 from Leviathan, including the 7" color monitor, a night vision & sound 120 degree camera, 50' cable and other connectors.
I don't often use the sound because it's very sensitive. The night vision is very good. The monitor can display 2 selectable cameras.

After some internet searches, I found that the camera system itself cost about $70. No name system, so I couldn't find anything to fix it.
So I'm wanting to change the system out.
Anyone have any positive with after market backup camera systems and/or advice regarding retrofitting a backup camera system?
TIA
You should be fine with a noname system. We use a cheap wireless camera setup that we bought for $50 bucks. It connects to the TV up front.
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.
