I know that there a couple people on here that like to smoke stuff..this is what I have been doing yesterday/today. Fillet 4 sockeye, overnight brine..more like 20 hours, actually..then 8 hours in the Bradley, put on a Jack/maple syrup/molasses glaze, fridge for 8 hours and back in for another 4 hours with one hour at 200.

ahh geez..right..the RV connection..I was out camping in the RV when I was given the fish.
I have a Blog..about stuff, some of which is RV'ing.
That sounds good. I am have been going back and forth on trying the smoke thing. When i read stuff like this i really want to try it but afraid I will mess up i guess. thank you for sharing this.
OhioJude..I had never done it before last year, either. I did some research and chose the Digital Bradley because it doesn't need to be baby-sat. Load up the wood hopper and walk away..and/or set the heat element for temp and time..and walk away. I want to say 'oh, it's easy'..but I really dislike that when I am told it..so..hhmm..there is lots of good info on YouTube and Net surfing. It really is straight forward..you do need an outside the home place tho..man, it does get to smelling of smoke!!!

Awesome, I would love to smoke a sockeye, but they're hard to light. Sorry, I really would love to try smoking one,(some) but by the time it gets here to the east coast, it would be cheaper to smoke my MH.
Guess I'll just stick with smoking Pork & Turkey
PS; If you find that guy that gave that to you, send him to VA.
