The tires on my fifth wheel are 11 years old they look very good no cracks and real good tread I drive less than a thousand miles a year and the unit is inside all winter Should I be changing tires or are they ok. The name on the tires are All Country and the size is 235/85/R16 E range.

Get new tires. It's not just the miles, it's the years-even if they look good.

Most of what I have read indicates that regardless of tire looks they should be change at around seven years. But, since you don't drive and keep your fifth wheel garaged I don't know if the seven year recommendation holds for you. If it were I would probably opt for putting on new tires.

I would absolutely get new tires. You are ripe for a blowout causing damage to your wheel well and you'll end up having to foot the bill to repair that plus replace your tires.

I would change them, unless that 1000 miles is divided into many short trips where the tires never get hot or your speed is below a speed that would not result in damage to the RV if one does blow out.

Hmmmm, 11 years old, spent most of the time indoors not exposed to UV, don't put many miles on them, looking good, I'd run them some more but keep a close eye on them.

I would change them. They have served you well for a long time, but I would not risk major damage to the fiver from a blowout. I would have changed them about 4 years ago, so you are well ahead of me on saving tire money. Good luck.

Dry rot inside the tire can't be seen from the outside. I would mount new tires and sell the old ones to someone with a utility trailer.

If it was mine I'd change them. Tires do too much damage when they blow out. For me the risk would outweigh the cost.
