Kenneth Wooster:

Speaking of really great fivers, I see that you have one! That shorter Cameo was right up there on our list. Then, unfortunately, they shut down and we lost the opportunity to order one.

For anyone who may not be aware, don't forget the 'nuwaowners.org' owners forum. Great source of information for all things Nuwa. Helpful bunch of folds with around 4100 members.

One good thing is that the company sounds like it is going to make a solid effort to stay in business albeit without manufacturing new units.

They have a very efficient repair facility and also refurbish units for resale. One idea that the president is considering is having new HH's built by another manufacturer.

I was panning on buying the the 300 FK in a few years. I agree the floor plan is one i have been looking for. I like the 32' range fw. I hope they (Nu-Wa) get there finance problems solved and start selling again soon.
Congratulations on your new rig. Happy camping

First they ready have a very large service center that's located in the plant that they used to build SnowBirds in with lots of room and a large RV parts department, they also work on other bands. Perfect place to have a trailer refurbished no mater what brand. They have been selling factory direct for a few years and they have expanded that to include other brands Kansas RV Center. It's called thinking outside of the box. And yes they may start their on production line back up or have them built by another High End Builder, I think I know who it is but I'm not sure so I won't say.

I don't really have a dog in this fight but your statements leave me with concerns!

Denny correct me if I am not understanding you correctly! This company abandoned their dealer network and went "factory direct"! They are now doing service work on other RVs including those they have manufactured (like camping world) in order to stay afloat. Currently they are taking orders till end of year and then no longer going to build RVs, however they are considering having someone else "build the RV" they can't currently sell? But have been and will sell other manufactures product (like a dealer). How's that called "thinking out of the box"? Manufactures make money by "manufacturing" not brokering their products for a small slice of the pie! Not an expert by any means but was in the manufacturing business for 30 plus years,. This just does not work the way you are spinning it! They appear to be starving for cash or looking for an angel to bail them out ! Warm and fuzzys are nice, but this company is IMHO trying to sell a product no longer viable in today's RV market! Meanwhile those remaining units (on hand) on a few select remaing dealers lots, are being drasticly marked down! So I am confused why you don't see where this is going? It sad, but hey perhaps you and others can offer the company capital. Ask this simple question, would you invest in this product or company?
