Hi, I'm replacing the screen in my windows and was doing fine removing the screen frames until I got to the rear windows which are in a different type of track. I can not figure out how to get them out and have searched the web for answers - no luck. It's a 1994 Winnebago Warrior Class A and the windows are horizontal sliders. Any help would be great! Thanks
We used to have a '94 Warrior as well. We had the same problem you're having. I found out that it just takes a lot of work and patience. The mechanism seemed to be the same as in the other windows, but for whatever reason, the ones on the rear windows were way tighter than the rest. So the way we did it was just by being a little more rough on the frames (they're a little flexible so we took advantage of that) and we got them out. Hope it helps, and it's nice to hear from a Warrior's owner (we thought we were the only ones!).
Thanks! I'll give it a try - I thought about getting the screwdriver out but then worried I'd ruin it - I'll just try getting rough! Glad to hear from another who is familiar with my prob. Thanks!
