I am on my to the Yukon, Monday, for a month. Two weeks of which I am to be in Mayo, Faro, Pelly Crossing, asking questions on behalf of the Yukon Gov't of exit'ing RV'rs/holiday'rs. So..if you are accosted by a guy with white/silver beard holding a clipboard and wearing a fancy hat and jacket..make me a sandwich and lets talk...eh.

The work is for a contractor that was offering $13.00 an hour and campground paid for, to people what would give them at least a week and in my case, two weeks. We did a deal...they keep the $13 but pay my fuel, there and back.

Plus, there is a chance that I'll get to visit sue t.

Sounds like a good way to finish out the summer with your RV. Watch out for the bears around Sue's place. They may think you look tasty.

Shhhhhh, Joe. I was looking forward to hiking with Gary on the property ... I'm pretty sure I can run faster than him so figured it would be a great time to get out and about.

I know we can't take guns to Canada, so this will not help, but I personally have found that firing a shotgun just over a bears head causes them to go elsewhere in a hurry. It works especially well at a distance of a few feet.

Some times the best bear repellent is the easiest. A simple stick to trip the person attempting to pass you......

I had good luck fishing around Mayo. Absolutely beautiful country there.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.
