Yesterday to my dismay I found the rear driver's side tire completely flat on my Alpine 3500re. I thought about changing it out myself but notice that the spare tire is not mounted on an aluminum wheel like the others. So I aired up the flat tire and made a bee line to the closest tire shop. Les Schwab in Battle Ground Washington removed the flat tire and mounted the new spare on the aluminum wheel. Then they mounted the fixed tire on the spare rim and even mounted the spare under the fiver. You can imagine my surprise when I was told there was no charge! I told the assistant manager that I would bring my rv back for new tires when the time comes.

We refuse to go anywhere else!!!! My folks won't go to LS -- instead they use another "big name" tire dealer. When she had a flat, within sight of the LS store, she called the other "big name" tire dealer. It took them an HOUR to come help her out (and they're less than 2 miles from where she was) and then they charged her $25.00 for fixing her tire and $25.00 for coming to help her. LS doesn't do that!!!

Yep! Les Schwab in my hometown of Walla Walla has been on top since I was in high school. They still provide outstanding customer service.

I agree, They are one of the best companies for customer service in this country. Had a squeeling disc brake and it was only a rock stuck in the caliper. NO Charge! They even greeted me in the parking lot as I drove in! Only wish they weren't in a limited area of the US.

Had a slow leak in LR outside dually in Columbia Falls MT. Went into the LS store there and tech sez small screw in middle of tread. Plugged/patched it, mounted it, $17, and off I go

Airway Heights WA, I got a slow leak again, same tire. Go into LS store there, they say leaking valve stem, install a metal chrome stem, no charge, off I go.

Month now, no leaks. Happy Camper.
