Mine is also listed below. Works great in these WV hills. Just boondocked at AEP ReCreation Lands in S.E. Ohio. First place we have camped where a 14ft. is the norm, not the exception.

We tow a 22' TT (27' bumper to ball) with an F-150 with the 5.4. The rig is well within the limits and feels comfortable and safe.

We previously towed a PUP with an Acura MDX. That rig worked very well, also--so much so that when we began looking for a TT, we were looking at 16 footers under the 5000lb limit of the MDX. In the end, though, we decided we'd rather not be pushing limits, so we bought the F-150 and then a larger TT. We're very happy with that decision.

The F-150 could easily handle more trailer, but truthfully, I now think that if we were to go larger, we'd go with a 5er and get more truck. Then again, perhaps we'd get a Class A and a toad. No matter, the rig we have now hits the sweet spot, and the F-150's a great truck.

Our F250 diesel pulls our jayflight 22FB. We think both are huge so we won't go bigger. On some of the roads we travel, our size can be a problem but we have plenty of pull power.

This thread is in the "Small TT" section and the OP asked "What are you towing your small TT with?"

What's up with folks chiming in about TTs that are 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, and 36 feet?

It might be a little hard to figure out exactly where the cutoff should be for small, but... really!

TV is 2008 Toyota 4Runner, 4wd 4.7L V8. TT is 2012 Rockwood Mini Lite 2109S w/slide, 21.5' tip to toe. It tows it OK, but we are trying to figure out if we can afford a new F150, crewcab Ecoboost Max Payload. We need more space, and that should tow like it
nothing is there.
