All Stays is excellent for finding CG's and much more. We have the app and you can't beat the dynamic updates and ability to filter the results. Want 50A, want a rest stop, want a Corps CG, want a repair shop, want a County Park and hundreds of other options? Tap on the pin on the map to get the information, phone, directions, etc.
I can't emphasis enough the ability on the app to dynamically filter and select what you want to see. You might have stopped in a Walmart (another filter) and want to see nearby National Parks. You'll have that information including maps in about 5-10 second - try that with a PC.
I doubt that there is any one site that will list ALL CGs, but there are a few that will list a lot of them. I like RVParkReviews.com.
Heck, you can get to Woodall's by clicking the link at the top of the RV.Net page for "Campgrounds", and find a bunch.
Doing a Google Search for "Campgrounds / zipcode" will get you a listing of local CGs in that area.
The searching and researching is the fun part of camping.....Just remember, if you use a CG that you found in one of these sites, you would be helping others (like yourself) by writing a quick review of your experience.

There are probably 100's of sites listing campgrounds (I have 53 linked at my RV Information Page). I don't believe it would be possible for anyone to include Every campground.
While I often use RV Park Reviews to both find & evaluate campgrounds, I prefer a couple of Apps - All Stays Camp & RV (the link goes to their web page which also works) and for non commercial campgrounds Camp Where.
