I was surprised Yosemite did not have hook ups. Is there a "good" list of National Parks that do?

http://www.nps.gov/index.htm is a fine site, but I couldn't find a way of searching for campgrounds with hook ups. We have been to Yellowstone/Grand Canyon and smaller ones in Midwest and South.
Having kids, we are trying to plan out trips a few years in advance and Yosemite is farther than any others for the ones on our list.

Is there a good list out there?

We've been to a lot of national parks and not one had hookups. I think Grand Canyon NP has one campground with hookups and there are probably a few more but they are not typical. Big Bend NP has an area like a parking lot with 12 spaces with hookups but it's not really part of the NPS.

Try www.recreation.gov

Go to the parks that interest you and they will describe any amenities that are available on their campsite list.

Ditto on that, we've been to just about all the major major parks (not counting Alaska) and many smaller parks and the three mentioned above are the only ones with hookups of any sort. Many of these park CGs were built in the 1930's by the CCC long before any thought of power to campsites.

I know that the parks listed is not complete because we stayed at Colter Bay in Grand Teton NP which has 112 full hookup spaces. I believe that Fishing Bridge CG in Yellowstone has hookups also. There is also a small CG at Death Valley. In all these cases the full-hookup campgrounds are run by the concessionaire so I don't think you'll find them at recreation.gov. You will find them at the concessionaire websites, companies like Xanterra.

Very true, but for some reason, no water. You either have to break camp and go fill up or lug it in containers. It's one of our favorite campgrounds but the no water hookup has always puzzled me. I guess the only reason they have electric is so you can run your AC in the scorching summer heat.

Now that I think about it,there are some (not a lot) of sites with electric in Mesa Verde's Morefield, also booked through the concessionaire.
