What otbiker didn't mention is that the new ERA's have AGM coach batterie(s). That's the big reason for a charger change. Keep from boiling those $250.00 ea. batteries at 13.9 constantly when plugged in.
It's an easy fix and doesn't cost an arm and a leg

What AGM battery brand likes 13.9 float at 90+ temps?
This seems even worse than I thought.

Thing is, 99% of owners don't have any idea what's happening to their coach batteries when plugged in. Any brand, not just WGO products

With a View Profile 24G on order I will for sure be looking out for what's going on with the Chargers......
I just don't understand, why with today's technology and web sites a HUGE company like WGO would install something that is inferior. Yes I realize it is the all mighty dollar speaking.

Your new 24G will also have the single stage charger.
