Would appreciate references to Southern California, especially San Diego region, area shops that can do interior remodeling. Looking for a combo of:
> New entertainment cabinet
- Remove passenger side queen size bed pull out couch
- Build TV Entertainment cabinet area behind passenger seat
- Next to the TV Entertainment cabinet, add single bed pull out chair/half couch

> Cabinet modifications above the driver seat, where old TV had been

> Replace back bedroom TV with wall mounted LED TV, and convert old TV Cabinet
into storage area

These are the main areas, but all of the cable pulling and hooking up of new electronic equipment comes into this mix too.

These are cherry wood cabinets, and of good quality, so looking for craftsman vs stapler!

Appreciate any recommendations. I did think about driving to Oregon to all of the great shops in that area, still might, but figured the savings on labor costs would be eaten up on the going, flight home and backup to get the rig.

More interested in getting this done correctly, and in 'craftsman like' manner, then saving a few bucks.

Many thanks,
Smitty

(Note: Cross posting this on a few boards, so if you run into it again, just
move on!)

jandlrvrepair.com ask for Joe. It is worth the drive. Tell him Big Dave sent you. He has been taking care of my coach for years, it's there now. Great friend of mine also.

Hey Smitty,
How is ya? My son works for RV Specialists up on Miramar Place and they have company that does work for them every now and then and, from what you're asking, they sound exactly what your asking for. My son's seen many times, the work they've done he declares it top notch. I'm not sure how close to their establishment this remodel company is but, I'll get a hold of him and find out for you.

Thanks gang, Final Touch Coach Works was on my list, from earlier research and for some touch up body work I need - thanks for recommending them.

I did get a PM from the member of another board, suggesting that I also consider shops in Arizona. His thoughts were theat they have several good shops in the state, and that it is closer then Oregon.

So, let me ask also for recommendations in Arizona too.

Thanks,
Smitty

You might want to try Temecula Valley RV located in Murrieta, Ca..
www.temeculavalleyrv.com
Talk to Eric, one of the owners.

Have not had remodeling work done there myself but have talked to another friend that did and was very pleased with the outcome.

They did our MCD Shade install. They also walked us through a few of the rigs they were working on. We were impressed to say the least. I would consider them for any interior or exterior work we needed for sure.
