I am thinking about getting another travel trailer. I used to have a 2006 Sunline and it was the best quality camper I have ever had. However, it was a litte small for us. What would be the best quality travel trailer built today that would be comparable to Sunline, to exclude Airstreams. Since I got rid of the Sunline we have had a Jayco Eagle Lite and an Open Range Journeyer and they are not up to Sunline quality. Before the Sunline we had a Nomad, Innsbruck, and Terry and all of them were definitely not up to Sunline quality.

My best friend had 3 Sunlines, 2 TTs and a rare 5er. Now he has a Heartland Big Horn, which is still not as good quality in some ways as his Sunlines. Loved them and convinced his brother to buy one too. Why not try to find a larger used model that fits your needs now?
Northwoods Artic Fox is very solid, one of the highest quality/durable TT line available today.

We looked for a long time for a quality brand (24' TT). It came down to Jayco and Nash (Artic Fox is made by same company). Both had excellent quality, we decided on Jayco as they still used the aluminum siding for the exterior. We wanted the aluminum over the fiberglass as we have heard of alot of problems including fading, cracking and gel coat issues with fiberglass. So far we have been very happy with our choice. We have had two Jaycos now a BH19 and now the 23FB and have had on a stove warranty issue. Jayco also has a 2 year warranty. Hope this helps.

If you can find a Lance Travel Trailer in your part of the country, they're excellent quality. Take a look at the Factory Tour video in my signature to give you an idea.
Evergreen RV is also another excellent company as is Nash (Arctic Fox)

I think you need to stop buying campers and follow the Kieva's suggestions for how to select a final RV.
To help you decide on what RV to buy you could go to www.rvknowhow.com and read Joe and Vicki’s suggestions and/or download their e-book `RV Buyers Homework’, which walks you through the process of choosing the best RV for your needs, selecting the right floor plans and features, determining the RV’s cargo-carrying and towing capacities and evaluating its livability. (Nov-Dec Highways, pg. 21)
RVtravel.com and the Better Business Bureau have a DVD that covers the same subject and Chuck Woodbury has an ebook with similar advice that can be instantly downloaded from www.rvbookstore.com.

I feel your pain. We are in the process of replacing our 1995 Sunline and are looking at a Rockwood. We've been to several RV shows and the Rockwood comes as close to having the quality we're looking for.
We live in Virginia and there isn't a Northwoods distributor within 200 miles of us. Ditto on the Lance.

Yes, and she's not just saying this cuz she's been RV'ing 6 months and happens to own a Lance...
