This spring i plan on taking my coach to camping world to have some work to it.I plan on including some checks to be done on the steering.I am going to have them to check the system for any slop.Incuding the steering box.I am simply doing this as a second apinion because i had it all checked out and it still feels sloppy. After that i will have to take it somewhere else for an alignment because they dont do alignments.I currently have steer safe hooked to the ifs. Will they have to unhook this to do the checks. This is a 92 p30/32 chevy chassis.

JMO but paying camper world to check a front end when they have no front end alignment tech is a waste of your time and money. Get to a good Alignment shop and they will check it all out before doing the alignment and it will be money well spent. I bought my MH new and was amazed how much difference a good alignment could make.

I know this sounds stupid but if the alignment is too straight the vehicle will wonder all over the road. I had a ford like that. and my buddy had a gmc like that you have to have a certain amount of scuff on or in the alighnment.

If you want a second opinion you need to take your M/H to a service center that specializes in large trucks, not a RV service department. The fact is your RV is built on a truck chasis. RV service departments are fine for repairing what is inside your M/H. Not so much for the chasis itself. They don't have certified front end tech's.
Think of it this way.....If you had a fiver would you take your tow vehicle to CW to have them give you an opinion on the steering of the truck?
Take you M/H to a good service center that deals with big trucks. They have the people that are certified to work on your specific issue. They can generally align your M/H at the same place and get you issue addressed.

The steersafe does not affect the alignment so there is no need to remove it.
I recomend you take it to a facility that works on trucks, forget CW for chassis work.

nelson he as already did that based on posts over time. He stated he was not happy so now he will get happy at CW or we will hear about them too.

Based on many threads in assorted forums and personal experience.
I think I'd find an authorized service center for your chassis, NOT CW to do the checks. Too many unhappy CW customers post on the forums.
