Ford used (and uses) 225/70R19.5 on the "lighter" GVW F53s. They are on 19.5 x 6 rims. The larger F53s used 245/70R19.5 tires on 19.5 x 6.75 rims. You can't put 245 tires on 6.0 wide rims.
Should be able to find the specs at fleet.ford.com somewhere.
As others have mentioned, there's a sticker near the driver's seat that will have the info for your coach.
