Going from Albq to Houston this week and would like to visit some of the American Legion Posts in Texas. I have lists of Moose Lodges, Eagles and Elks showing RV parking facilities availability but I haven't been able to find any for American Legion. Googling only came up with individual posts. Any info would be appreciated...

I would send an email to billw@txlegion.org. He is the American Legion Department of Texas adjutant. He should be able to provide you with a listing of the posts in Texas.

Good Luck.

Your right about a list is hard to come by. Even harder to find current list. American Legion is worst of the bunch as far as keeping up on locations that you can camp or overnight. Don't know why.
