RE: bedroom tv

There is an inexpensive checking device you can buy from Radio Shack. When hooked up to the coax it will beep if a signal is detected.

RE: Monaco motorhomes

Oregon Motorcoach Center 29417 Airport Rd Eugene (541) 762-1505. I have found this RV repair center a quality company. I tried Coburg a couple of years ago and was dis-satisfied having to go back for poor quality service on the water tanks and expanding seal on entrance door.

RE: Marcerator

To Sanicon and Flojet owners: Do these marcerators pump well up hill? Define "up hill". 6 inches or 6 feet?

Side Mirrors Protection ....

Before I go ahead and try this ..... I over heard a conversation at an Elks Club meeting. He said he uses Saran Wrap on the chrome side of the side view mirrors to stop the bugs from splattering on the chrome. Any input folks???? :h

RE: drivers seat adjustment

If your seat is electric the adjustment buttons/switches should be on the right hand side of the seat and there should be some wires that go thru under the carpet.

RE: Stuck in the mud

On the frame. Make sure his chains when hooked up, don't touch the front of the body parts when the chain becomes taunt. The driver might ask you to dig out some of the dirt from in front of the rear tires.

RE: Tow vehicle battery going dead

Do you have an electrical pigtail that goes from the coach to the toad .... most coaches do. There should be a "HOT" terminal. From the toad inlet socket run a # 10 wire to the battery using an alligator clamp at the battery side. Also solder in a diode so the power only goes in one direction .... from coach to toad. This will keep the battery charged.

RE: Mystery switches & window blinds

We have 2 on each side of our Beaver coach. Ours will turn on without the ignition on. Some RV's require the key in the on position. If your lights are not working you may have a bad bulb or ground. They come in handy when trying to park in the dark. Let us know what you find out Curious posters want to know.
