RE: Roadmaster vs Blue Ox tow bars

Both are good, but RoadMaster does computer stress analysis on their systems, don't think Blue Ox does or at least if they do they don't advertise the fact.
I went with RoadMaster because of the extra crossmember and the fact that they were about 20 miles from home, now they're even less since the moved from Portland to Vancouver.
Blue ox does more testing than anyone. I have also heard that if you need something their service is outstanding.

RE: TPMS and cold weather?

Cold temperatures will fool a pressure gauge let alone a TPMS. Our Honda CRV factory system was displaying a fault when temperatures got below freezing, and the Doran Pressure Pro was reading quite low, to the point of 'alarming'. I made sure that all pressures, before travelling were at least even on each axle of the coach, and the same on the CRV. As we started heading south out of Alberta the increasing rolling temperatures became more normal. Now that we are in Yuma the pressures are about right. It is as much about having same pressures on an axle as it is the right pressure. I am considering increasing the Hydrogen from 78 percent to 100 percent as I understand that the pressures will be more stable, and some even profess a better ride.
A better ride!

RE: air compressor psi for blowing out lines

Just connect it to the same water pressure regulator you use on your coach and it will restrict the amount of air pressure the same way it does with water. You can buy the correct connections at most hardware stores.
Huh? One's liquid and one's air. Not to sure it works that way.

RE: Coach Net Response

You don't Understand. Your luck has been with the shop they call not Coach net themself. All Cn and Good sam do is call the shop for you then you are at their mercy. Its a shot in the dark with either. They don't respond the shop in the area does.

RE: Monaco and Holiday Rambler questions

Big downfall is no warranty, dealers will try to tell you they are providing aftermarket protection, none of those programs are worth the paper they are printed on.
Not true at all.

RE: Do/Can U use your propane furnace while driving?

If you don't, things WILL freeze! Parked, my wet bays will maintain 50's to 60's even with outside in temps below 20, but when driving, those bays will drop into the low 40's or 30's even with the furnace running.
Your furnace is sealed. Their is no way wind can get to it.

RE: Atwood Furnace issue

Clean the connections on the control board first but if that doesn't work you may be getting a voltage drop at the thermostat. To check this remove the thermostat and twist the wires together. If it works okay with the wires twisted , get a new thermostat. The one that came with our Atwood furnace wasn't very good. Make sure that that it uses a mechanical switch , not a mercury switch.
Not that. I have 2 furnaces and the other one is fine.

Atwood Furnace issue

My Atwood Model 8525 has a problem. The furnace will come on and light but goes out. I can hear the ignitor still clicking after it lights. It shuts down after 3 attempts. Any Ideas?

RE: Nickle and diming at Campgrounds

I see no problems with this at all. It is well within their right to charge for these things. It is not at all their responsibility to cater to people that are to cheap to pay for these. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. You have that right.

RE: tire pressure monitor system

I have had the DORAN RV360 system since January 2008. Been a great system. Installed myself in less than an hour. On the DORAN web site they have a "Fall Back into Savings" promotion, $100 off each system. Sale price for 10 wheel system is $599.99.
Another Vote for Doran, the best and best looking.
