I slightly punched a small hole in the side wall inside the RV. It's small but still want to hide it. Not where you can hang something over it.
Any Suggestions on this repair?

Is it woodgrain or wallpaper? Can you remove a small piece that matches from inside a cabinet? Sometimes you can gingerly remove the top layer off the piece you got from a hidden spot and use that to cover the hole after you fill it with wood putty or someother filler type material. It just takes a little time and patience.

You are down to a couple of alternatives.. As has been suggested find a piece of material in an obscure place and cut match and glue it in place. You would need to glue some backing so that the replaced piece would have something to adhere to,
The other alternative is to not repair but put something over it that would not look out of place such as a blank telephone or electrical outlet.

When we purchased our rig it had several holes where thing were
hung on the wall. It did look very good. All I did was purchase
a bit of the same wall paper from the Manufacture and cut small squares
and put them over top. Now you really need to look close to see them.
I had about 1" sq hole there I put spray foam in the hole the next day
cut the extra foam off and put a patch over it and the hole is gone.
Good luck I hope this helps.

This hole is about the size of a pencil eraser.

I've filled a few holes around that size with wood filler, and then used auto touch-up paint, the kind in a small tube with a brush, to match the surrounding material. With a little care, even patterns can be matched well enough to be nearly invisible to the casual observer.
