This is odd, I've never seen voltages stamped on fluorescent lamps. As said above, the voltage is determined by the ballast and the same part number lamps are used in 12 volt and 120 volt fixtures. If the lamp is truly stamped 12V, I'd question whether it really is a fluorescent.
Usually at one of the ends you'll see something like F15T8CW. Fifteen watt, one inch diameter, cool white. Google that number. That same part number from any source will work.
Does anyone know where to buy the board underneath the bulbs. Mine must be cracked or have a bad solder because if I slightly twist it, it used to work. If I can get just the circuit, it would probably be cheaper than the 45. dollars they want for the fixture. Thanks Jerry

What brand and model? Are you talking about the ballast?
If it's a Thin-lite then the manufacturer will repair it for $23.50 plus freight one way and give you a new 2 yr warranty. The part cost about the same.

Sorry, I meant that the fixture was marked 14.5V not the bulb
Thanks all, I learned something about fluorescent tubes today
