Well I made the trip back to Mcclains RV in Ft Worth to pick up my Crusader. I can't believe it is the same trailer I dropped off a week and a half ago! They did a fantastic job, can't believe I just said that. But they did, with the help of everyone at Prime Time they got the right parts, and fixed it the right way. Everything seems to work like it should, and it looks as good as it did 7 months ago when we bought it. Looks like we are a go for a trip to Big Bend National Park in two weeks. Thanks again to everyone at Prime Time, and Sam and David at Mcclains for taking care of this.
Great news-- Glad you got your coach back in bettrer condition than when you took it in, but keep your fingers, toes and eyes crossed (except when your driving) that all stays the way it is now.
I knew that Prime Time and Chris Hermon were going to step up and come thru for ya! It's those kind of guys that are going to lead Prime Time to be a "Prime" example of how things are supposed to be among other RV Builders.
Double Kudo's to the Prime Time Team!
