I'm wanting to get that rounded curtain rod so that we can have more room in the shower as well as get rid of the liner that came with our Jayco 24T. I want a new shower liner as well as a shower curtain but of course I can't find one that isn't residential. How did you bypass this?

Did wives hem a shower curtain to fit? Wondering if this is the only thing I'm able to do. NEver heard of trailer sized shower curtains before.

We took a normal shower curtain and cut it to the right size.

Do a Google search for Clearview Shower Curtain which is much heavier than the standard one and has a clear top for light. It won't get sucked in by the water flow. We cut a couple of inches off the bottom. They are 6 ft. x 6 ft.

I have the shower track with the wheeled hangers and wanted more room, so i removed the centre bracket and bowed the rail out and put the bracket in the new location. Fill the holes with white caulk. As for cheap curtain, i like the idea of cutting one short.

RV dealers who sell RV accessories have them in the catalogs and they are not the expensive. I only give advise, you do the leg work.

How is your curtain different in size than a residential one? When we had curtains around our showers we were always able to just bunch up the curtain a little more and use standard residential versions with no problems. Just had a few extra pleats.
Good luck / Skip

I use a nylon curtain I bought at Walmart. It was 5 inches too tall. I was able to get someone to fold and sew a 2-1/2 inch pleat at the top right at the existing seam below the holes for the hooks. Makes a nice looking fasle valance at the top and the fold used up the excess length. As far as the width, I just bunch up the excess at the back of the tub when showering then spread it out evenly to dry.
