I have a set of the porcelain plates in the TT, and another set of plastic ones for the kids. I do not care for the paper plates at all. I will buy paper if we are expecting company, and they can hold up to the meal we are having.

Depends on what we're eating. Some meals just don't go well with paper plates or even plastic plates. We often used paper when we stopped for a quick lunch (sandwich etc) but most meals were on melmarine SP or similar plastic dinnerware.

Plastic plates and silverware. Have paper and plastic silverware, but never use it.

I figure it's a toss up between wasting water to wash more dishes or wasting paper, so we waste paper.

we use paper plates most of the time .... if something like a steak is involved, I prefer a glass plate .... we seldom use plastic utensils

We use Corelle all of the time. Very rarely do we use paper. We never use plastic utensils.

If it was up to me, we'd use paper plates 1/2 the nights of the week here at home. Chinete is sturdy but too absorbent for me. I tend to just double or triple up on a shiny surface paper plate so it is both sturdy and doesn't soak up juice from whatever we're eating.

WE have both, but normally use paper. Cuts down on fresh water usage.

In my Motorhome I use disposables. It makes it where I do not have to empty the Grey Water Tank so often when I am boondocking.

God Bless!
