Mapguy,
I took Bob's advice and cleaned all of the connections on the controller. I also connected a temp ground wire to the coach battery because of all of the wierd things that happen if you don't have a good ground. Right now, sitting in my yard, the brakes are not showing any faults. I've got some work to do on the Raptor (changing out the springs) so I can't take it out for a test run just yet but if it isn't fixed I'm just gonna run new wires to the brakes.
Thanks for all of the advice. I'll update the post once I get the trailer back together.
I had a problem last summer where my Prodigy was showing normal function (showed the amount of pressure applied, no error codes), but I wasn't getting any brakes from the trailer at all. I replaced the controller and haven't had any problems since.

Prodigy has lifetime warranty. Most larger RV dealers have the test box to check the controller. It only takes a couple of minutes to test. If it fails -it will usually be replaced on the spot by the dealer. Tekonsha is really good about standing behind the warranty!
Good as the Prodigy warranty is the MaxBrake is a much better controller for your size trailer.
OP- your repair is still suspect until a road test as "SH" is usually related to chaffed wires in the axle - which won't show up until a tow/shake going down the road.
I had the exact same story. Same codes and all. The first thing I would do is pull the brake wire out of the axles and rewire. 99% certain that is your problem.
I tried replacing my Prodigy and thought I had it fixed then only to have it act up and lose my trailer brakes 150 miles from home. Replaced my trailer connector and magnets too. Save your time, money, and headaches and just re-route / replace the wire.
