I'm thinking about making something similar to the one below. I've tried a few different things like bins, but at this point I'm willing to lose some space for convenience.

What should I be searching for to find long drawer slides (do they even exist)? I believe my TT is 8' wide so I'd need the glides to be similar or maybe have two 4' sections so they pull out from each end. I'm assuming they'd need to be quite strong.
This is probably not in my price range but it's what I'm after.

I had a drawer exactly like that one and I took it out and sold it because it just wouldn't hold much and was a pain for long things. The pass through is much more usable for larger stuff now, such as folding chairs, table, patio umbrellas, etc. If you really need one, it would be worthwhile to make your own to maximize use of that storage space.

Check out www.slimslider.com storage trays assembled or I think you can just buy the rails and build the bed out of plywood yourself for a custom fit

As tred0956 said, the slides really do take up too much space. I installed one that was commercially built for the specific pass through size on my MH and was really surprised on how much it cut down the available cargo space.
Sorry, off topic. That wasn't your question. The pass through drawers I have seen, including my own, do not use what I would call a "drawer slide" because they slide out on both sides of your MH. The commercially built draws just have a couple of rollers about like roller skate wheels that run in a fabricated sheet metal channel. I expect you could find something similar at a sheet metal fabrication shop. Check out some of the drawers in existing MHs, maybe take some pictures and go for it. Good luck and be sure to post pictures on here when you're finished.

You might check these out. You have to click through several pages to get to the Under chassis storage bins.

Using "sliding tray rv" on Google I was able to locate this company

and this one

I think DW might hurt me if I drop another $x into the TT so I'm looking for a way to do it cheap

Saw that one, too. Seems heavy and takes up a lot of space to me. Maybe use some alum angle and plywood to lighten up/condense?
