3 valves. I believe 2004.

My advice is worth exactly what you paid for it.

Here's a link on the Ford modular motors

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Modular_engine

They've been building the V10 since 1997 and the 3 valve V10 since 2005.

I believe the 3 valve 362hp V-10 with 5 spd trans was offered by Fleetwood after 01 Jan 05. I bought my Bounder in late Jan 05, and it was built in Nov 04 with the 2 valve 310hp V-10/4 spd trans. I was told I could order the 2006 Bounder in a couple months and it would have the 3v V-10/5 spd, but DW was all about getting the MH then and not waiting for an 06 model (and the $5-7K price increase).

Just some additional FYI
Ford still installs the 2-valve in the E series cut-away chassis

2008 F350SD V10 with an 2012 Arctic Fox 29-5E
When someone tells you to buy the same rig they own, listen, they might be right. When they tell you to buy a different rig then they own, really pay attention, they probably know something you don't.

You now have several choices for the answer. Take your pick.

I was way early on my first post. It was introduced in 2005, like others have said.
